I am currently recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator for an exciting, well established company based in Bodmin.

This position is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Responsibilities include:
- Professional handling of sales enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and deal with visitors face to face in a professional manner
- Ensure all orders received are process on a timely manner for dispatch within 3 - 5 days of order
- Monitor warehouse shipments and ensure all orders are on schedule
- Advise customers on expected delivery
- Deal with customer returns
- Organise sales paperwork including filing of POD's and sales orders
- Supporting the sales team by passing on new leads, generating new leads by outbound calls, and taking enquiries
- Maintain the companies CRM database and making sure all data is accurate and up to date
- Offer promotional products and offers to customers as agreed by Sales Manager
- Reception duties in the absence of the receptionist

The ideal candidate will need:
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced customer service/sales environment
- The ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
- Excellent communication and computer skills
