My client is a global organisation based in Crawley, they are looking to now recruit a Sales and Service Advisor who would be working to provide an efficient service to the business globally.
There are many parts to this role, with a big focus on supporting Technical Training requirements of both customers and field based engineers. This will involve maintenance of accurate training records, ensuring all financial transactions relating to this are completed accurately , this will involve obtaining purchase order information and dealing with customer invoices .
In addition, you will support the UK, Netherlands and France with quotes relating to service requirements, orders and invoices, using a CRM system, so any experience of a CRM would be valuable.
You will have a broad background covering Customer Services, Administration and ideally some Data analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail is paramount to all parts of this role, as is good time management and organisation skills.
Previous CRM and SharePoint would be an advantage and PC literacy, Word and Excel (able to extract information from Pivot tables) is required.
