My client, a utility services company based in London SE1, are looking to recruit for a Sales & Legal Support Administrator. Their clients include private developers and social housing providers.

Salary is £30k per annum; they are looking for someone to start ASAP to allow for a handover. Candidates therefore need to be available immediately, or at short notice.

The purpose of the role is to support the Corporate Services team by producing
and issuing quotations and supporting documents to clients. This involves
revising existing quotes to reflect changing requirements, and liaising with clients, contractors and internally to ensure any changes are clearly communicated. The role includes maintaining up to date records on the CRM system.

The Sales and Legal Support Administrator has responsibility for producing accurate and timely quotes and documents as instructed by the Business Development Director or colleagues.

The role involves answering quote related queries from Clients, amending issued quotes to reflect changes, and ensure changes have been understood.

Key Responsibilities include:

Produce & issue quotations and tender / quote documents for clients 

Processing leads and Maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

Interface with other parts of the business

Financial management of New Business output

Provide support for the Legal department

Personal qualities / experience required:

Previous admin experience preferably with client interaction;

Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

Experience within a sales / new business / legal team;

Experience in using and administering a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce or similar);

Experience of working in construction or housing related industries is an advantage


Excellent written / verbal communication skills;

Able to work independently, and liaise with various internal teams

Time-management skills;

Positive attitude;

Able to multitask.

Microsoft Office skills

Experience using accounting / financial software packages (e.g. Sage) is an advantage;

Degree or equivalent level education.
