A client of mine based in St Helen's is currently recruiting a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their small and friendly team on a 9 month contract basis.

Flexibility is required for this role as you will be required to be based across two sites in both St Helens and Wigan.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player who will play a key role in the day to day running of the business. Previous Sales and Customer Service experience will be highly beneficial.

The role allows for the following shift patterns – 39 hours a week:

• 4 weekdays between 7:30am – 6pm
• Every Saturday between 9am – 4pm

Cover on a Sunday between 10am and 2pm may be required for holiday cover.

Salary and other benefits:

• £17,745 per annum
• Monthly and Annual bonus
• Free parking on site
• Excellent holiday package - 20 days plus Bank Holidays

There is a possibility for this contract to be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.

Typical day to day duties:

- Dealing with inbound calls
- Managing Customer Accounts
- Generating quotes for new customers
- Reception duties - dealing with customers face to face
- Following up sales leads
- Chasing debtors
- Processing invoices/ credit notes
- Assisting with Marketing / sending out flyers / making up information packs
- General Administration and housekeeping

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Have experience in sales - achieving regular targets
