Our client is a global organisation with a site based in South East Leeds, accessible by bus or car.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong all round admin / client advisor person to join their Buying and Sales departments to provide cohesive support across the divisions.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for providing first class customer service to suppliers and clients, delivering excellent administration support and processing brand orders utilising your strong organisation and communication skills. You will also on occasions work alongside the Marketing team to provide basic support in conjunction with their campaigns.


Duties and Responsibilities within the role:
- Work to support multiple teams (Marketing, Sales and Buying) through administration and telephone based client and supplier customer service and sales support.
- Develop and build client and supplier relationships in order to increase retention and service.
- Collate information and data on a daily basis in order to create reports on products, stock and marketing campaigns.
- Act in a responsible and organised manner and provide responses and satisfactory outcomes to requests, workload and queries in a timely manner.
- Database management, responsible for amending and updating client and supplier information.
- Liaise with our portfolio team and account managers to discuss opportunities, assist with the coordination of meetings and provide support in collating all relevant documentation for forthcoming meetings.
- Responsible for collating information and creating monthly reports on statistics and project outcomes.


You will also demonstrate, strong MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills, a professional and courteous telephone manner and the ability to effectively juggle a busy and varied workload. Organisation skills, time management and the ability to prioritise tasks is also key to your success within this role.

This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis.

Working hours Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30.
