My client are looking for a Sales & Business Development Professional with a strong Hospitality background who is a confident self-starter, tenacious in their day to day approach and has experience of B2B sales in the hospitality industry. We are looking for someone who can actively prospect,qualify and close sales with new customers.

The role offers an opportunity to define, build, execute and lead the sales capability for a exciting UK based hospitality technology startup. The successful candidate will join as the first key hire on a directorship track with equity. This will be a challenging role and an opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark.

Flexible working and an attractive results-oriented package is on offer with no commission cap.

Role Responsibility
● Generate new sales opportunities with independents, chain restaurants and hotels
through desk research, prospecting, marketing.
● Define the sales strategy. Build the process, execute and lead the capability,
including building out the team
● Define sales collateral
● Manage sales cycle, service leads and conduct site visits where necessary.
● Manage customer relationships

Prerequisite Skills
● Proven B2B Restaurant / Hospitality sales
● Lead generation
● Good appreciation of hospitality technology, front and back-of-house processes.
● Strong focus on customer acquisition!

Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commissions
