My client, a well-established and growing supplier of workwear in the Bolton area are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Order Processor. The role will be full time and will be recruited on a permanent basis due to company growth.

The successful candidate will be working with a long standing and knowledgeable team around them. The offices based in Bolton are modern, spacious and pose excellent company benefits such as free parking on site. Salary and other benefits
• Excellent working hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 3.30pm with 1 hour lunch.

Daily Duties
• Dealing with any inbound calls enquiring about orders, deliveries, damages, refunds, credits and general enquiries.
• Processing sales orders
• Working with customers to complete orders within the required time scales
• Building rapport with customer to develop relationships
• Stock management
• Arranging transport and logistics for customer orders whilst bearing in mind specific weights and dimensions of products that are being transported.
• Raising credits, refunds and replacement items for customers
• Liaising with delivery and logistics companies in relation to any late or damaged deliveries
• Helping out in the warehouse when required
• Dealing with all inbound email enquiries.
