I am currently recruiting for a full time, permanent, Sales Administrator to join an award winning company in Ipswich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team in a varied role. You will have previous Sales Administration experience, and any experience in dealing with vehicle administration/maintenance (either office based on within a car dealership or garage) would be desirable but not essential.

You will be organised and customer focused, providing support to the sales team as they guide the customer through the sales process. Other responsibilities will include processing paperwork after a sale is completed, including writing correspondence to customers. You will also be required to file invoices, update the internal database, and general reporting to the management team.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills (as there will be an element of customer facing work), be able to work quickly and with accuracy, and have strong Microsoft Office skills.

The Manager is offering a salary of up to £19,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits package including pension scheme and generous staff discounts.
