A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join my client based in St Neots. If you have experience in sales and a knowledge of sales order processing then we want to hear from you!

The overall purpose of the role is to ensure the coordination of sales orders and administration support for the department.

Key responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally
• Process sales orders
• Liaise with internal functions to ensure smooth progression of sales orders
• Assist in the preparation of quotations
• Plan and organise meetings and conferences
• Travel arrangements for the team including flights and accommodation
• Provide support to the marketing team as required

Previous experience in a customer focused administration role is essential

Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• An ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Good team building and team working skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good computer literacy
