Are you an experienced sales administrator looking for a new role? 

Due to expansion, my client on the outskirts of Guildford town centre has an excellent opportunity to join them as a Sales Administrator. This is a full time permanent position, which is a new role within the business. 

Ideally you will have sales administration experience within the motor trade and have experience of KERRIDGE.

Basic salary of £26,000 plus realistic bonus of £3,000 on top (Uncapped)
Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
22 days holiday, rising to 25 after 5 years

Your Responsibilities:

You will document all sales, ordering and processing vehicles sales
Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships
Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests
Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
Assisting sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process
Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock
Weekly reporting 
Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to

Role Requirements:

To be a success in this role, you will have:
Incredible customer service skills
Self motivation and highly organised
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Previous experience in a sales admin role
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure
Ideally you will have experience of using KERRIDGE
