A prestigious Car dealership is currently on the look for a experienced Sales Administrator who have previous experience in this area, this is on a permanent basis offering up £22k depending on experience.
They will not consider anyone who does not come from Automovtive background.
• General Administration
• Checking emails for Taxation requests and Order approvals and printing them
• Find the deal files for vehicle sold
• Invoicing deals sold that are being delivered
• Dealing with invoices
• Processing documents
• Checking that Road fund Licences are correct and writing cheques for it.
• Updating the registration book with every deal sold and delivered
• Updating customer details on their system
Hours – 8.30-17.00
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive and can do attitude
• Highly organised
• Use of Microsoft Office packages – including strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
