Customer Service Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• Reading product manuals and catalogues in order to determine pricing for customers
• Obtaining and comparing product prices
• Quoting for services alongside products available
• Creating purchase orders
• Placing orders with suppliers, accounting for customer purchase orders and leasing with warehouse staff to ensure products are dispatched within lead-times.
• Checking items, prices, delivery dates, quantities or supplier order confirmation
• Notifying service team about back orders and delayed shipments
• Dealing with telephone and on-line customer enquiries
• Raising invoices and sales receipts
• Processing payments
• Arrange return and replacement of the defective items under warranty
• Assisting sales team in determining accessories prices and availability
