Administrative graduate role in Castle Donnington as a Sales Support Administrator.

This is a newly created role due to expansion, is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in sales and marketing, whereby you will be working to support a national sales team.

For this particular role you will report directly to the CEO so you must be able to confidently liaise with staff at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required for this position as planning of meetings, presentations and corporate tenders are involved.

You will be tasked to deliver exceptional material for new business presentations and corporate tenders as well as existing customer reviews.


In addition this role will be responsible for organising customer role out plans.

The successful applicant should be flexible and highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and a flair for design.

Another key factor is personality. They are looking for a positive and upbeat individual with a 'can do' approach to their work, able to work to strict time constraints and prioritise their own workload.

It is a fast paced and full on role so the successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to the ever changing demands of the business.


Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Salary
£24,000 - £25,000k

• Assisting the CEO and Senior Management on a daily basis
• Planning of monthly sales meeting, customer meetings and presentations
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that corporate style is upheld
• Production of monthly management stats, tenders and sales material
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and professional individual
• Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
• Ability to prioritise own workload and complete all tasks to a high standard
• Ability to adapt to the everchanging demands of the business
