Sales administrator wanted
REED Business support are working with a very Company on the outskirts of Ipswich
The company are looking or a sales administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The role will involve administrative tasks to support the operation and sales departments. The role is reliant on excellent skills within communication, IT and planning.
Duties in the role
Maintain customer database
Process and progress sale orders
Deal with enquires form customers, distributors and internal teams
Produce quotations as requested
Work with the finance team to set up customer accounts and payments
Strong customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to plan and control work loads
Excellent customer service
Flexibility and versatility
MS office packages and ERP systems
Ideally a business focussed qualification in further education or higher.
A good, secondary education is a must with appropriate experience in a similar role.
T his is temporary role for at least 6 months, the hours are Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 4.30 pm and paying £10 per hour.
