My client, a family run and extremely successful wholesale and distribution company based in an easily accessible location in Blackburn, are looking for YOU!
Our client pride themselves on a happy workforce and most importantly being a great place to work. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an additional sales and operations administrator to start as soon as possible.
This really is an exceptional opportunity for a hardworking candidate who likes variety in their role. This role would suit an entry level candidate or someone in the early stages of their career.
Please see below a few examples of the day to day duties you’ll carry out to support the sales and operations teams:
• Answering the telephone
• Responding to emails
• Providing quotations to Clients
• Processing purchase orders
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Organising and booking couriers
• Ensuring orders are packaged & completed
• Liaising with suppliers
• Organising Engineers diaries
• General Administrative duties
This role is offering a 9am to 5pm working week with a generous starting salary of £20,000-22,000 (dependent on experience) along with free parking 28 days holiday including statutory holidays, childcare vouchers, company pension and a lovely long Christmas break after a wonderful Christmas party and as previously mentioned a great working environment.
