Reed Business Support are working exclusively with a well established company based on the outskirts of Newcastle
They are looking to expand their sales team and need support!
- General administration support to the sales team. First point of contact in the office.
-Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and assist in the generation of new sales.
- Provide assistance to the sales team when preparing customer quotations.
- Update customer records/database/pricing files as required using computer system.
- Assist with the collation of sales information and data.
- Undertake the electronic and hard copy filing of all sales/commercial documentation.
- Administer the archiving of expired customer records.
- Generate proforma sales invoices on behalf of sales team.
- Serve customers and process electronic card payments over the phone or in person.
The ideal candidate will be very confident over the phone and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The candidate will be very organised and have strong administration skills.
