Our Client in Avonmouth is looking for a determined, driven candidate with excellent attention to detail.
You will play an integral part in making sure all manufacturers warranty information is set up and all processes have been ticked off. It will be your job to make sure all paperwork from various branches / customers / colleagues is collected and inputted seamlessly.
Duties will include:
Some travel to other branches to collect missing paperwork or chase to find it.
Process warranties online (some clients still use paper systems)
Work through a backlog of warranty registrations and chase down all paperwork to get on the system
Liaise with workshop staff, sales team and colleagues to obtain relevant paperwork
Set up accounts
General admin and follow processes.
You must have excellent attention to detail, worked in a heavily admin role before where you have have to follow processes, be driven to follow things through to completion and have a "can do" attitude.
