My client with corporate offices in Hatfield are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join them.
You will be part of a friendly and down to earth team who enjoy what they do.
- Answering incoming phone calls from clients and external parties
- Upload and process all new orders via SAP
- Answering client and customer queries regarding delivery schedules and stock
- Tracking all returns
- Supporting the after sales team to accurately reflect stock levels and credit and debits exc
- Keeping customers updated or contacting them to obtain further information
The successful person will:
- Have previous experience using SAP or CRM systems
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
