The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Enhancing the customers’ experience
• Exceeding customer expectations by delivering a service second to none
• Communicating with customers and via telephone and email
• Preparing quotes for customers
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure deadlines are met
• Ordering products from manufacturers
