REED Business Support are currently working with a fantastic organization in Reading Town Centre that are currently looking for an experienced Administrator / Sales Administrator professional.
The role will be to support internal and external clientele with product queries, general customer service queries and supporting with general day to day administration. You will be responsible to keeping the CRM system updated and supporting with any relating CRM queries.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator with a “stable” career history. You will have excellent communication skills and will have experience in dealing with customers from all walks of life and be prepared to travel to sites a couple times a year. This is a strong team / family environment, so we are looking for a team player who is friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
