Are you looking for an Administration position based in Wisbech? Are you immediately available and happy to commit on an ongoing temporary assignment to cover Maternity Leave?

We are working with a business who are looking for a Sales Administrator who can deal with a variety of administrative duties and has an understanding of a busy sales office to insure the team of Sales professionals are supported effectively?

The role is working from Monday to Friday, office based hours but the business can be flexible on start times if required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities;
• General customer service and assisting customers professionally at all times
• Assisting in the preparation of customer quotations and presentation packs as required by Sales team
• Sending samples and catalogues as requested to customers
• Inputting sales and lead information onto the in-house system to insure accurate and up to date information is maintained
• General administration duties, order processing and coordinating any customer returns where necessary
• Also required to generate leads for the sales team and contacting potential customers over the telephone as well as providing after sales care.

The ideal candidate would have worked in Sales Administration previously, has strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working within a small and friendly team.
