My client, based in Bath are an E-commerce business who operate on a global basis and develop, manufacture and distribute hundreds of own-brand products are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team.
The role will be key in supporting the National Account Manager to deliver year on year growth targets and help acquire new customer accounts, as well as supporting the management of said customer accounts.
Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Being responsible for all account related administration (new line forms, pricing templates, presentations samples etc)
- Maintain the CRM system with customer records to capture data effectively and efficiently
- Generate a steady stream of leads through outbound prospecting on behalf of the National Account Manager
- Support National Account Manager to achieve sales targets and agreed service levels
