Our award winning manufacturing client based in Norfolk is looking for a sales Administrator to work in their fast paced pro-active sales team.

The individual would require good Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy, good verbal and written communication skills, basic mathematics skills, customer relations, administrative skills, attention to detail and can work off their own initiative.



Answers phone calls from customers and deal with customer enquiries and issues as they arise
Book in deliveries and follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our services
Follow up customer requirements, order taking and processing
Does any necessary administrative work including filing, loading sheets, sales orders, purchase orders, all other duties as required
Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
Good salary, and opportunity to progress career
