I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join my Crewe based client who are a market leading retailer of office goods. This is a temporary assignment, however there are potential permanent opportunities within the business due to continued grown and success.

Your New Role
Responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers to gather information and inputting data. The successful candidate will engage with customers, answering telephone queries, taking orders and resolving customer issues as well as dealing with internal requests.
Dealing with customer queries and returns
Professionally dealing with incoming calls
Develop sales activity with potential customers
Communicating with the warehouse with delivery requirements
Work with the Sales team to supply new sales opportunities
Improving customer satisfaction
Key Personality Attributes
Able to work with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills - pleasant telephone manner
A high level of accuracy
Ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
Computer literate: working knowledge of MS Packages; Word, Outlook and Excel
A positive, results driven work ethic and ambition to succeed
Good organisational skills with a focus on completing tasks in a set time frame
Flexibility and willingness to adapt
