My client based in Maidstone is looking for a 'Sales Administrator' to join their team of 4. This position is Monday- Thursday 8.15am-5pm and Friday's 8.30am-4pm. Salary is £16000-£18000 depending on experience.

Main Purposes;
Administer, maintain and develop customer accounts
Respond to customer enquiries
Process customer orders
Follow through orders until completed
Assist colleagues as required
Liaise with our departments/locations to ensure efficient processing of orders until delivery
Liaise with External Sales staff regarding account status
Other general duties
Skill requirements;
IT literate (Business system is Windows based) - Excel/Word/Outlook
Customer Service

Key traits;
Effective communication and inter personnel skills
Deals effectively with stress and conflict
Ability to work as a team
Proactive not reactive
Decision maker – within responsibilities
“Speedy” - Pick things up quickly
