Offering a unique portfolio of promotional solutions, my client are European market leaders in their field. They operate in 5 different continents selling to over 100 countries. From small local businesses to large-scale enterprises. You will join the enquiries team, currently 6 people in an open plan office, offering administrative support and dealing with quotations.
You will be responsible for typing and preparing all quotations. You need to have good, accurate typing skills and be able to produce the quotes in a timely manner. You need to be confident and able to use your initiative working under pressure. You will be talking to new and existing customers so need to be a clear and confident communicator.
• Produce professional and accurate quotations
• Provide solutions and information in order for customers to place orders
• Ask relevant questions to understand the customer requirements
• Offer solutions when dealing with queries and complaints
• Build and maintain strong working relationships
• Support the sales team with general administration
The role will develop and you will have the opportunity to progress in this Temp to Perm role.
Temp to Perm – Immediate start
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (1 hour for lunch)
£8.70 per hour (£17,000 - £18,000 subject to experience)
Good IT skills are essential, good keyboard skills, confident using MS office.
