I am currently recruiting for a Temporary to permanent, Sales Administrator to join an award winning company in Ipswich, for a minimum of days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team in a varied role. You will have previous Sales Administration experience, and any experience in dealing with vehicle administration/maintenance (either office based on within a car dealership or garage) would be desirable but not essential.

You will be organised and customer focused, providing support to the sales team as they guide the customer through the sales process. Other responsibilities will include greeting customers and visitors, ensure all group manufacturer, Health & Safety and Trading Standard policies and practices and statutory legislation is strictly adhered to.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills (as there will be an element of customer facing work), be able to work quickly and with accuracy, and have strong Microsoft Office skills.

The pay rate will be between £8.00 - £9.00 per hour, plus holiday pay depending on experience
