Our client is market leading, high profile organisation based in the centre of Bristol Due to a continued period of growth an exciting new vacancy has arisen as a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team.

Do you have a passion for customer service and excellent organisational skills? If so this could be the perfect position for you!



Responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and confirming clients appointments
• Gathering and recording information from clients
• Responding to enquiries via inbound and outbound calls
• Providing high end customer service 
• Administrative tasks when required



Skills and Experience Required

• Polished customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage expectations
• Strong IT and data entry skills
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
