Are you a talented sales administrator or customer service executive looking for a new challenge?

Reed Business Support is recruiting on behalf of an established medical supplies business in the north Preston area who are looking for a sales administrator/customer service executive to join their expanding team in a business to consumer environment.

Responsibilities will include:
• Working to tight deadlines
• Updating customers on their orders
• Taking customer orders
• Handling customer queries via telephone and email
• Aftersales service
• Upselling and cross-selling new and improved products to customers
• Sales administration
• Data entry

Skills and experience required:
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A multi-tasker who can prioritise
• Willingness to go above and beyond

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Holiday entitlement is 25 days + 8 bank holidays. Career progression opportunities for the right candidate as the company grows.

This role would suit someone from a customer service, account management or order processing background with an interest in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.

Our client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience.
