Reed Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a renowned company in the Trowbridge area with their search for a new Sales Administrator to join their busy team!
You will provide an exceptional support system for the sales team by updating product files and pricing documents on a central database, distributing daily reports and forecasts, raising purchase orders and new product lines plus a range of ad hoc administrative duties. You will maintain regular communication with your colleagues to update them on order progress, changes to product lines and clarify any questions or queries plus attend regular meetings to provide feedback from the sales team.
This is a great position for a candidate with previous administrative experience in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support the lively team. Excellent communication and computer skills are needed for this role including the use of Excel.
