We have a great opportunity to join my very reputable client in Cranleigh. This is family a run business and they are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

They are a dynamic, friendly team that work hard together for the end result and enjoy a well earned Curry at the end of it!

The successful candidate will be a real perfectionist and be very thorough in their work. This role is very Customer focused and we’re looking for candidates with a passion for giving top service!

For this role there will be an element of Stock control which will require a good knowledge of Excel. This is an essential requirement for the role. Experience in Sales Order processing or Sales Administration will be needed also.

Due to the location - you will need to be a car driver.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

AND Free Parking onsite!


Your main duties will be :

Take and deal with customer calls.

Answer customer delivery and part queries.

Enter and process orders.

Provide routine price and delivery information to customers.

Produce weekly reports on Customer Service Targets.

Maintain accuracy of stock information on internal systems.

Monitor and report on stock level.

Monitor and report on delivery times for key customers.



This role would be perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and wants to really utilise their Excel skills!
