An exciting new role has become available within a reputable company based in North Manchester for a Customer Care coordinator. This international manufacturing company has a fabulous reputation and is on the look out for a Multilingual Super Star!




Job Description

Role - Customer Care Coordinator 
Hours - Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM (37.5 HRS)
Salary - £18,000 - £19,500 (Dependant on experience)



MUST speak / write fluent English and German  further language skills will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills - handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
• Sales Administration - Ensure orders are entered efficiently - Correctly
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing and operations across international sites.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ideally have knowledge of SAP and Microsoft CRM
• A flexible team player with a can-do attitude
• Management of customer accounts
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


Specification

• Customer service experience ideally from a manufacturing background
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers from international backgrounds and awareness of relevant cultural differences
• Understanding of supply chain across international sites
• Have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
