Our client, a global supplier of specialist equipment, are seeking a temporary Sales Administrator to work in their offices in Maldon.

The role is paying £8.75 per hour and offers free parking.

This is a great opportunity for somebody seeking ongoing temporary work, as it will be a 12 month booking.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for checking stock levels and ordering stock
- Forwarding invoices to the appropriate people
- Keeping track of incoming deliveries and related correspondance
- Liaising with internal staff and external providers
- Processing customer orders
- Sending out relevant information
- Entering data meticulously 

Skills & Experience required:
- To be educated to A Level or equivalent
- To have previous experience working with data or customer orders
- To have a great eye for detail
- To be able to enter information swiftly and correctly, acknowledging any errors
- To be available to start work immediately

To be successful for the role, you will also need to pass a data entry assessment, as the orders you are processing can be complicated.
