My market leading client based in Appleton, Warrington are experiencing fantastic growth and are performing fantastically well in their market, due to this they have 2 exciting temporary opportunities.

Working full time for 3 months my client is recruiting 2 temporary sales administration positions to start immediately.

The hourly rate will be based on a salary of £18,000 per annum.

Hours of Work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week- 1 hour lunch break)
9am-5.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm.

The purpose of the role is to assist in all aspects of customer service, including communications with external and internal customers, email and phone handling and daily admin tasks to support the wider Sales team.

Duties to include

• Respond to all customer quotations as quickly as possible, ensuring stock is available and pricing is correct.
• Uploading of orders and customer requests to in-house system ensuring that they are accurate and quickly processed.
• Manage and resolve escalations/queries from customers and co-ordinate internally with those functions through to resolution.
• Ensure all after sales issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.
• Manage email and phone queries predominantly emails and approximately about 50 per day

Person Specification

Experience in working in an administration and a customer care role or similar background.
Good interpersonal skills
Good telephone and organisational skills – ability to prioritise is important
Email management and work prioritisation
Must be computer literate/good keyboard accuracy / Microsoft Office proficient
