A leading award winning employer in North Bristol are looking for a new Sales Account Manager to join their team.

You will provide a complete customer experience, £21k- £23k plus £5k bonus, up to 50% annual bonus on basic, 27 days holiday, 15% pension, medical insurance etc.

The role has responsibility for driving volume and activity through the allocated dealers in the portfolio.
This is achieved by utilising multiple platforms and sales tools with a strong emphasis on on-line/new media communication techniques.
The Sales Executive will be required to use data, creativity and innovation skills to create a successful portfolio and achieve agreed targets based on sales volume and the level of active buyers.

Ensure all On-line Sales targets and individual sales targets are achieved by building enduring relationships with your portfolio of clients

• Increase and maintain the number of active buyers within the portfolio

• Build strong and effective working relationships with all relevant areas of the business, Liaising with the Marketing team ensuring brand continuity

• Responsible for all administrative activities related to portfolio management

• Use management information to tactically target individuals, groups and the whole portfolio with relevant and timely messages

• Propose new and varied routes to market

• Deliver excellent customer service to all buyers consistent with our ‘Supplier of Choice’ objective

• The role may also include covering other duties as and when directed by management

Experience of Account Management
• Proficient PC, internet and telephone skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 5 GCSE ‘O’ Level passes (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths
• Proven experience of winning new business

• Shows commitment and motivation to achieving set targets – individual and team
• Has Awareness of work surroundings in order to achieve departmental goals & KPI’s
• Drives to improve on personal performance on a month by month basis
• Self motivated as well as motivating others to drive performance and sales
• Proactively follows up leads in a timely manner
• Ability to close deals with new business prospects
• Able to establish communication programmes with all customers.
• Ensures there is sales focus in all calls
• Maintains a commercial focus when managing all customer issues
• Uses negotiation skills to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions for customers
• Creative vision and ability to write pertinent and relevant copy
• An understanding of how the internet and other emerging technologies work and can interact
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (specifically excel)
