Reed Sales have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and target driven individual to join one of our clients who are a leading organisation in communications as an Account Manager. Our client are a well-established market leader based in Essex. The purpose of the Account Manager will be to manage the sales process from the company’s new & existing customers.
Key aspects of the role:
Manage time to achieve the key performance indicators for the role.
Up-sell/cross-sell to customers, appropriate to their needs.
Ensure all telephone enquiries are answered.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the industry including changing trends, economic indicators impacting on sales and competitors.
Ensure opportunities are inputted onto the CRM system with estimated close dates and probability.
Achieve territory target and diversified revenue across multiple industries.
Maintain data within the CRM system, ensure it is up to date with contact details, industry sector etc.
Conversion of customer enquiries into sales.
Pro-active outbound sales activity with existing and prospective customers.
Strengthen customer relationships through regular sales contact and engagement.
Development and delivery of focused business plans to meet targets and business objectives.
Joint responsibility for first line response to telephone enquiries.
Appraise own performance and contribute towards own development of the knowledge & skills required to achieve results.
You will have:
Previous experience working in Sales role.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Managing your own workflow with a 100% accuracy rate.
Excellent IT skills.
Exceptional ability to multi task.
Ability to form strong and mutually beneficial business relationships.
What you will receive:
Salary of £25k - £30k depending on experience + Commission.
20 days holiday + Bank holidays.
