An accident management firm in East London are seeking a customer service claims handler to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience within RTA insurance claims and have a good understanding of the processes involved.
Duties to include:
- Delivering high levels of customer service over the telephone
- Liasing with external parties such as vendors, solicitors and insurance companies
- Chasing of invoice payment
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
