Our East London client is seeking a HR Reward and Project Specialist to join their small close knit HR function initially on a 12 month FTC, with a salary of up to £45,000 on offer.

What does the role entail?

Working alongside the Head of HR you will be responsible for reward, compensation and benefits for the EMEA region. On top of this likely project work will include, talent management, job evaluation, change implementation as well as L&D projects to name a few. You will work jointly on setting reward and benefits strategy for the group as well as policy, systems and analytics – this will also include renewal of benefits with suppliers, sourcing new suppliers and evaluating the total reward package regularly. This role will involve creating or amending reward policies, as well as salary benchmarking and review across EMEA and variety of other tasks.

What skills will you have?

You will have worked in a similar Reward role before, be confident with Excel, comfortable with HRIS systems, engaging with project work and happy picking up ad hoc tasks. You will be highly analytical with strong numeracy skills, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is a self-starter, who can influence, work under pressure, multi task as well as being a great individual at prioritising. Good knowledge of legal compliance and tax implications around salary sacrifice schemes and reward as a whole would be highly beneficial.
