Reward Partner opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in Worksop. In this role you will design, implement and maintain a reward framework that enables the business to attract and retain talent to deliver business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Collect and analyse data to meet regulatory requirements and to identify trends and make recommendations for Reward management across the business
• Provide a customer focused proactive reward service to improve employee engagement
• Improve and review the job evaluation process and ensure grading structures and salary bands remain appropriate
• Model the payment of existing and potential bonus schemes, to enable design and accurate payments
• Research and make recommendations for annual pay review
• Design and implement a benefits offering that supports the attraction and retention of team members

Experience and Skills include:

• Experience as a Reward Analyst
• Up to date knowledge of best practice reward and benefits practice and current trends in the market
• Fully CIPD qualified or relevant reward qualification ( desirable )
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Advanced numerate and analytical skills
• Produce reports using Word and Powerpoint
