Our FTSE 100 client based in West London is seeking to add to their team a talented, professional and outgoing Reward Manager to look after benefits, shares and pensions initially on a 12 month FTC.

What does the role entail?

As the Reward Manager you will be working in a shares and pension heavy workload across two business entities. You will be working in an open plan office in a small team managing the administration of benefits, policy design implementation and communication and third party supplier management. You will take ownership of the DC Pension scheme including the relevant reconciliations and support the Head of Reward on the annual pay and bonus process. You will also provide benchmarking advice and expertise and look after the administration of the share schemes.

What skills will you have?

You will have an outgoing personality enabling you to be incorporated in to a small team quickly and effectively, with a positive approach to tasks at hand. You will have worked in a very similar role where you will be the pro when it comes to benefits especially with regard to pension and share schemes/plans and be passionate about reward and benefits as a whole. You will ideally also possess a technical expertise with regard to reward, on top of these skills you will be a whizz with Excel, a great communicator, hardworking and a team player.

What is on offer?

For this Reward Manager role on offer is a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 as well as other rewards too which you will have the pleasure of managing and administering! Initially this will be a 12 month contract and a great opportunity to work with a FTSE 100 client.
