Our FTSE 100 client based in West London is seeking to add to their team a talented, professional and outgoing Reward Analyst to look after predominantly their shares and pensions.

What does the role entail?

As the Reward Analyst you will be working in a shares and pension heavy workload across two business entities. You will be working in an open plan office in a team of 4 who will cover the Payroll and Benefits side of things however you will also get exposure in this area, as well as salary reviews and processing. You will Administer a wide ranging variety of pensions including trusts as well as 7 others, with regards to shares the client offers SIP schemes, save as you earn, grants and maturities as well as free shares which will also fall under your remit. As the Reward Analyst you will report in to and support the Head of Reward, whilst being the 1st point of contact for pension and share related queries. Although you will be working in a share and pension heavy role you will be involved in other areas of Reward too, as well as other ad hoc projects.


What skills will you have?

You will have worked in a similar role with exposure to pensions and shares and ideally the full spectrum of rewards and benefits. You will be working in a bubbly team, so must be sociable and outgoing whilst remaining hard working and professional. As you will be regularly meeting with senior staff such as the Board, CEO or Directors in the business you must be confident in delivering information too. You will be able to navigate Excel, although not a pro you will be able to use Lookups, Pivot tables and formulae and be able to manipulate data. An added bonus would be CIPD qualification, however this is by no means necessary.

If you are looking for a generous package then look no further… As well as working in a great team in a marquee FTSE 100 company you will be offered a competitive basic salary of £38,000 - £45,000 based on your experience, as well as being eligible for a discretionary bonus which could be up to 10% of your salary too. The pension on offer is 15% non-contributory, life insurance of 4 times salary, private medical insurance up to family cover, income protection, 50% funded gym membership, as well as annual health assessments, private GP appointments, save as you earn and SIP eligibility.
