Reed are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager in the heart of Colchester town Centre.
The restaurant is known for its authentic smokehouse experience. Food is served throughout the day with a focus on slow-cooked, smoked American barbecue-style food and gourmet burgers using local produce. The restaurant also offer private functions, corporate events and regular tasting evenings.
The job role will include;
• Overall day-to-day running of the venue and restaurant
• Administrative duties including customer enquiries and bookings
• Daily accounting duties
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Excellent communication with Kitchen Team
• Organising and training staff at all levels
• Developing and maintaining standards
The ideal candidate will have ideally 3 years minimum experience in a similar role. You will have the highest attention to details and have excellent organisational skills. Most of all be a team leader, with great delegation skills.
