Full accountability and responsibility for restaurants, and lounge operations within the hotel.
Deliver efficient safe and disciplined food and beverage management. Achieve statutory obligations,products and service standards, a high degree of guest care. Meet departmental and hotel key performance indicators.Recruit and plan the labour resource in line with budget and business including rotas,forecasting and timesheet control. Contribute to menu development and pricing as required. Implement new restaurant and lounge menus in conjunction with the F & B team and Head Chef.
You should have previous Restaurant Management or Restaurant Supervisor looking to step up.
Smart well presented,articulate with impeccable customer service skills.
Able to manage a team, recruit and train.
Previous experience of working delivering company brand standards.
