REED in Teesside are currently working with a financial organisation based in Darlington who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Resource Planning and Service Delivery Analyst to join the Operational Performance team.
If you are highly analytical and have workforce management planning experience, this could be just the role for you!
The successful candidate will form part of the team who will drive operational performance through thorough analysis of past workloads to develop forecasts for future workloads. You will develop resource plans for both real-time and back-office environments and help play a key part in a continual improvement culture.
You will be responsible in developing and improving operational performance through robust data analytics, together with creating and measuring workload forecasts. You will require excellent attention to detail and good reporting abilities. Your primary tool will be Microsoft Excel, but a desire to expand your knowledge into emerging technologies.
You will also need a good understanding of contact centre technologies.
A competitive salary up to £22,000 (dependent on experience), eligibility to join the Annual Bonus Plan with potential on-target pay outs of between 4-6%, defined benefits pension scheme and 28 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday with also flexible working hours.
