The OU is looking to recruit an experienced Resource Co-ordinator to work within the Faculty of Business and Law. The successful candidate will be supporting a variety of activities within the Resource Management team, in particular the recruitment process.

Main Responsibilties:
- Prepare recruitment documentation: create vacancy release forms in the Personnel        Information Management System (PIMS) database.
- Process applications for job vacancies and co-ordinate interviews.
- General administration including monitoring the recruitment team mailbox.

Essential Experience:
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience of HR systems database.
- Experience of recruitment process.

This is a full time temporary role due to start on Monday 7th August 2017 until Friday 3rd November 2017.
