Job Title: Reservations and Client Support Executive (Team Leader)
Location: Bristol, Centre
Salary: £20,000 -  £25,000 DOE Inc. Bonus + Commission
Term: Permanent and full-time, hours between 8am-6pm

REED are working with a reputable and well – established company for luxury corporate accommodation. Based in Stokes Croft, Bristol, this is a great location near the City Centre with local cafes, bars and shops.

This is a full-time position of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday although this may change slightly once you are in the role. The company are looking for an enthusiastic member, with excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a sales/account management role with extra responsibility.

About the role:
You will be the one who maximises every sales opportunity, ensuring that all enquiries are responded to promptly and proactively. You will manage the bookings to maximise the occupancy and room rate. You will support the sales team by ensuring bookings are processed accurately and in a timely fashion, you will assist with the Management of Large Managed Accounts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing reservations procedures in order to maximise the efficiency of the department. You will also be responsible for identifying the training needs of your team and implementing personal development plans for them.

- Covering the London based reservations and clients.
- Communicating with high profile clients.
- Escalating issues.
- Attending client meetings.
- Acting as the Supervisor/Team leader for the Client Support Assistants.
- Occasional travel for events.
- Develop and continue firm professional relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Provide weekly reports to the Director and General Manager regarding the status of the Reservations and Client Support Department and inbound sales

- £20,00 - £25,000 DOE Inc. bonus with an added commission structure.

About you:
- Good level of Numeracy skills
- Sales experience and a drive for progression
- Basic I.T skills
- 1-2 Years account management experience
- Team leader experience
- Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
