LTHT Staff bank are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team. Staff bank supply Nursing and Midwifery staff into Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
You would be based at the client site at the LGI in Leeds City Centre.
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator on the client site you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the resourcing solution delivered against the contractual agreement. Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by the client, you will be accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard including:
 Answering incoming calls from candidates, clients, the Reed Specialist Recruitment network of offices or third tier partner suppliers
 Recording data on relevant systems and databases
 Producing management information as required
 Ensuring that all paperwork completed in the recruitment process meets the quality standards established
 Attending recruitment fairs and trust events to promote LTHT Staffbank
 Promoting LTHT Staffbank at ward level and at internal meetings
 Answering incoming calls regarding pay and dealing with basic payroll queries.

The Recruitment Co-ordinator will therefore be required to work closely with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process including candidates, offices across the Reed Specialist Recruitment network and partner suppliers (where relevant).
The Recruitment Co-ordinator is accountable for successfully managing their own workload and ensuring that all tasks completed adhere to established Service Level Agreements and to agreed quality standards.
