Our Client, a very reputable international specialist manufacturer, are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in the Scientific or Industrial/Engineering market. As this role is field based and requires significant travel, a Full Clean driving licence is essential.
Direct selling in Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland)
Manage sales through Distributors in The Benelux Countries
Sales pipeline management to ensure targets are met
New business targeting plans and new opportunity qualification
Building compelling proposals (including Initial Benefit Statements and quotes)
Proving product through demonstrations
Closing orders and progressing orders from receipt to successful completion at customers site (this may from time to time include installation and user training as required)
Manage all communication and discussions within CRM
Close liaison with other departments in the business
Complete statutory company training and then proactively pursue ongoing personal knowledge and skills development
