You will be required to lead on all aspects of the office management across existing functions and provide support and training of the current office managers. You will support the operation planning, organisation and management of the business and sustain a high-quality environment.

Skills and Experience required 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a school environment
  • Knowledge of Human Resources 
  • Knowledge of school Health and Safety legislation
  • Experienced in managing a large team of staff in a variety of different areas and training staff in a range of duties 
  • Fully competent in Microsoft software packages 
  • Knowledge of financial procedures 
  • Experienced in procurement processes and staff management 
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high quality support to key stakeholders 
  • Highly organised and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage budgets
