My client are a forward thinking organisation based in Haywards Heath and they are looking to recruit a talented and self-motivated individual to join their Client focused development team.
You will have plenty of Customer Service experience and be able to look after existing customers in relation to Customer Support and technical support and be able to supply guidance and support, both in person and over the telephone/email.
You will arrange meetings with customers and make visits to their premises for familiarisation with new projects etc., taking calls and emails relating to pricing, development and delivery, some projects require quotations and samples being sent out, accuracy and attention to detail is key.
It is important to have the ability to handle complaints, problem solve and develop individual relationships. There is the need for occasional travel in the UK and overseas and you will enjoy high level relationship building.
Any experience of Account Management, Customer Service Management, Project Management etc within a Manufacturing environment would be very useful
